Covid-19 disproportionately impacted individuals from particular ethnic groups and those who reside in the highest deprived areas. Nationally NHS EI have introduced the Core20PLUS5 framework. By raising awareness of Long Covid and the symptoms we hope to help more people get the help they need. Who is currently accessing the Service? Mainly Females Of the ages 25-64yrs old Mainly people from the white ethnicity group This doesn’t reflect the population of Birmingham and Solihull – lots of people are struggling alone and there is help available. The project objectives is to reduce Long Covid health inequalities in underserved populations focusing on ethnicity and disability. Raise awareness of Long Covid symptoms and self management Increase awareness of BCHC PCSS and how to access services Develop collaboration with wider health and social care sector with engagement activities Window of activity – March 2024
